Luca Callà is an expert in family law based in Turin.
He obtained his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Turin, presenting a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled “The National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor”.
He is a member of the Notaristefano Law Firm, where he completed his legal traineeship and currently practices, focusing on family and child law.
Registered with the Turin Bar Association, he provides legal assistance both in and out of court, with particular attention to separation, divorce, and the regulation of relationships between unmarried parents. In these areas, he strives to combine technical expertise with relational sensitivity, aware that family matters require not only legal precision but also a deep understanding of personal and emotional dynamics.
Alongside his work in family law, he has developed specific expertise in criminal law, particularly in relation to domestic violence and offenses frequently linked to family disputes. These include domestic abuse, stalking, failure to provide family support, and other crimes against individuals.
He is listed among the special guardians for minors under Article 473-bis.8 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, as well as among the court-appointed defense attorneys for adults pursuant to Article 10 of Law no. 149/2001.
