Born in 1963, Fabrizio Mioletti earned a law degree at the University of Turin, he started practicing at the law firm of Dante and Marina Notaristefano in 1991.
His main professional interest was in criminal law of natural and legal persons. At the same time he also gained interest in matters of family and juvenile law.
He was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Courts in 2009.
Over time he focused increasingly on criminal law, particularly in the field of family crimes, which often intertwine with the dissolution of marriages and legal separations, crimes against persons and offenses against property, as well as in cases of medical injury and injuries in general.
